Lodha World Towers Tour

World One is a 280.2 m (919 ft), 76-floor skyscraper in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. As of 2024, it is the second tallest completed building in India and the fourth tallest overall. It is on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) site of the defunct Shrinivas Mill. The site also houses two other towers: World View and World Crest. The complex was developed by the Lodha Group. The visit includes a tour of the site of the overall complex, the tower amenity spaces, and select technical zones, preceded by a presentation of the overall project by the Lodha representative, Smita Vaidya.

The Aga Hall Estate: An Island of Excellence

The Aga Hall Estate features two residential towers—45 and 56 storeys—spanning 17 lakh sq ft on a 4-acre site with deep historical significance as the former residence of Aga Khan I, II, and III. Existing residents will occupy the 45-storey tower, while proceeds from the 56-storey tower will be used to construct a state-of-the-art medical facility and school. Designed with a strong focus on sustainability, the project holds IGBC Platinum pre-certification and World Bank EDGE Advanced recognition. The beautiful gardens based on Nishad Bagh of Kashmir cover almost 50% of the plot area.
Construction is currently at the 30th-floor level. Visitors can observe world-class execution practices in safety, quality, timelines, and overall project management.
