Thank you for your interest in joining us at the CTBUH 2025 Asia Conference. However, with over 550 attendees registered, we have reached the venue’s maximum capacity and tickets are no longer available. We hope you will join us at a future CTBUH conference, and please remember to register early to secure your place.

General Payment and Cancellation Notes
Payments:
- Standard registration payments are required to be paid in US Dollars (US$), at the listed rates, irrespective of daily exchange rate fluctuations.
- Local/Emerging Economy registrations may be paid in INR subject to 18% GST.
- Standard registration payments can be paid in INR but are subject to flat rate of 27,000 INR + 18% GST. Leader/Member/Early rates can only be redeemed when booking in USD.
- Sponsor and Member comp passes must be booked using the USD registration portal.
- Registrations are not confirmed until payment is received. Your place will not be held if a registration item sells out before payment is received.
Cancellation Policy:
- A 100% refund, minus a US$50 refund fee per attendee (or INR 1,800 for local/emerging market registrations) will be given if written notice of cancellation is received by 19 November 2025.
- No refund will be given for cancellation after 19 November 2025 due to costs incurred by CTBUH for each attendee at that late date.
- Refunds for registering 1) at the incorrect rate, 2) prior to utilizing an eligible comp, 3) for add-on programs when keeping the core ticket, will be subject to a refund fee of 5% of the amount eligible for refund.
- No refunds will be given for those who do not attend the conference.
- If you can no longer attend the conference, we are happy to accept a substitute colleague without penalty.
